Best soundbar 2018: The top devices in the UK including deals for under £100 and £200

There’s nothing quite as exciting as a brand new, top notch TV, but as well as that all-important picture quality, another major consideration is the sound.

But thanks to the new trend for soundbars, houses all over the country are amping up their sitting rooms with cinematic surround sound, that makes watching movies, listening to music and even watching your favourite soap ten times more entertaining.

So we’ve rounded up the top ten soundbars for all budgets below, ranging from £150 to over a grand.

1. Sony HT-ST5000, £1,1999

Sony soundbar

As well as multi-room capabilities, there’s also on-screen graphics, an effective remote, a powerful subwoofer, Dolby Atmos and even Spotify and Chromecast abilties.
